I love sharing my passion for fitness, and helping support people to create healthier, better lifestyles for themselves.   Seeing the changes in people’s bodies, minds and more importantly, in my opinion, their confidence levels is the best part of my job.

Louise Hagger, Hythe Beach Bootcamp

I am a fitness professional with over 20 years experience as a fitness instructor, group exercise instructor and personal trainer. I am qualified in many different types of exercise, have managed studios and gym teams and taught classes not only in the UK but also in Sydney Australia.  I have even inspired and mentored some of my own participants to become instructors themselves!

On moving to Hythe in 2015 I set up Hythe Beach Bootcamp with the aim of bringing small group exercise classes to the beach.   It is really important to me that every participant gets the help, encouragement and attention they deserve so class sizes are and will always be kept small and personal.  It is also vital that our children and those around us are encouraged to be active and healthy as there is no better way than leading by example. 

In more recent years I have realised how much life as a mum can take over and now I try to make some time for myself again, setting new goals and challenges each year from running the London Marathon, to 10km swims, doing my first triathlon and various obstacle course races (which you are wholeheartedly encouraged to join me on!) Otherwise I can be seen walking my dogs and spending time with my amazing family and friends, often at the beach, in or on the water or with a good book or suduko puzzle! 

Ultimately I want to help and motivate people to get fit, stay fit, have fun and make positive and achievable lifestyle choices – all in great company.
