Hythe Beach Bootcamp

Outdoor fun fitness training, whatever the weather!

Come and get fit outdoors. Hythe Beach Bootcamp is all about exercises that use your body weight, the environment available and some small pieces of equipment. The fitness sessions will vary week on week, adapted to the group, tide and weather! Classes are suitable for all abilities, however if you do have any medical issues please contact Louise prior to the session, or come along a few minutes early to discuss.

Don’t forget to wear layers, bring hat and gloves if its chilly, and bring a bottle of water.
